We build bespoke homes in North Cornwall, working closely with clients, architects and specialist trades from groundworks to the final finishes. As a family-owned contractor led by brothers Mark and Jake, we bring a personal approach to the coordination and delivery of each home.
From drawings to a coordinated build
A one-off home brings together structure, roofing, windows, services and interior finishes. We coordinate the programme, deliveries and trades so that decisions are considered together, with clear communication about progress and the work ahead.
Materials and detail
Our completed homes combine materials such as timber, locally quarried stone and natural slate. We work with the design team to carry the architectural intent through the building and into the joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and hard landscaping.
Building in North Cornwall
At Whimbrels in Constantine Bay, the twelve-month build combined a timber frame with oak cladding, locally quarried stone, natural slate and integrated solar panels. Inside, the neutral palette, bespoke kitchen and carefully selected finishes carried the clients’ country-and-beach brief through the home.
