Making the existing building work
Renovation involves connecting new work with an existing structure. We work closely with clients, architects and specialist trades to coordinate those interfaces, discuss decisions as the work develops and keep the finished home in view.
Character alongside modern living
At Avalon in Trevone, the renovation retained period features and refurbished the staircase while introducing a bespoke kitchen, additional daylight and a landscaped courtyard. Sandoways combined a full coastal renovation with a second storey and modern features throughout.
Building in North Cornwall
Our renovation work includes properties in Trevone and the wider North Cornwall area. Avalon demonstrates how a tired coastal house can gain a more connected layout while keeping its period staircase and original character. At Sandoways, adding a second storey formed part of a complete transformation of the house and landscaping.
