About Admire Construction
Admire Construction are based on the North Coast of Cornwall in Newquay and work on ​projects all over the county. The business has grown from a small team to multiple crews able to take on much larger projects. We have decades of experience in the construction industry under our belts and use the latest materials and technologies.
Our Team
The Admire Construction team consists of experienced masons, carpenters, joiners, roofers, plasterers, painters and tillers. All of our trade team are based in Cornwall and have many years of experience working in the area with local knowledge of specialised local materials. We also work with trusted partners to carry out additional work, including qualified electricians and plumbers to carry out our mechanical works and excellent local architects and engineers who specialise in maximising the potential of each project and oversee the planning process.
Admire Construction comprises of two Brothers who build high-end luxury properties across Cornwall bring a rare combination of craftsmanship, technical depth, and end-to-end project control. With extensive industry experience spanning groundworks, structural construction, bespoke joinery, and premium finishes, they understand every stage of the build lifecycle in detail. Their expertise begins with site preparation and complex coastal ground conditions, progressing through precision structural execution, building envelope performance, and high-spec interior delivery. Beyond hands-on construction, they provide disciplined project management—coordinating architects, engineers, specialist trades, and suppliers to ensure quality, programme adherence, and budget control. Their comprehensive knowledge of materials, compliance, and modern construction methodologies enables them to deliver architecturally refined homes that meet the highest standards of durability, aesthetics, and performance across Cornwall’s demanding landscapes.

In addition to the family members we have a crew of highly skilled tradesmen who are both employed full time for the firm and also those who we seek out to assist in specialist areas.
